PhonesPulse is a Portuguese online store for mobile phones, tablets, and accessories. We are a company registered in Portugal — PHOENIXPULSE UNIP LDA, NIF 518151816 — based in Almada.

Who we are

Our goal is simple: to offer mobile phones and tablets from the best brands at fair prices, with clear information and support from a local team. You can contact us by phone, WhatsApp, or email, and we will assist you in Portuguese.

What we sell

We work with a selection of smartphones and tablets from major brands — Apple, Samsung, Xiaomi, Google, Motorola, among others — as well as accessories. All products are new and include a 3-year warranty, in accordance with Portuguese legislation applicable to the sale of new goods.

Delivery

We ship to mainland Portugal, the Azores, and Madeira via CTT and Nacex. All orders include a tracking code, sent by email as soon as the order is dispatched for delivery.

The usual delivery time is 1 to 3 business days for mainland Portugal and 3 to 7 business days for the Islands, following payment confirmation.

Shipping is free on purchases over €100 for mainland Portugal. Below that amount, the cost is €4.99. For the Islands, the cost is €9.90 per order.

Payment

You can pay with MB WAY, Multibanco, credit card, PayPal, Google Pay, or Apple Pay, through certified and encrypted payment gateways.

Returns

You have 14 days after receipt to request a return of your order, as described in our Returns Policy.
